- If the C2PA marker lives inside an MP4, re-encoding the video is required — image cleaning only fixes stills and covers.
- Run the checker on one file from each export source you use.
- Clean batches of up to 30, then upload — never rely on re-uploading a “fixed” version of the flagged post.
Three-step routine for TikTok
- Inspect. Confirm the file carries C2PA/XMP markers with the free checker.
