By accessing or using the Repurpi File Converter at repurpi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

We provide free online file conversion tools for images and PDFs. Browser-side tools process files on your device without uploading them. Server-side tools temporarily process files on our infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated scripts to abuse the service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or file-size restrictions
• Upload files containing illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Use the service to process files that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, files, or business opportunities resulting from use of the service. You are responsible for keeping copies of your original files.

7. Free and Paid Tiers

Basic conversion tools are free to use with reasonable limits. We reserve the right to modify limits, features, and pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
